Only one person running the store and all she did was check people out with a line of 4 looking to get ears pierced. They need to do MUCH better at staffing their stores.

Daughter got her doubles (second piercings)! Friendly, patient staff and playful atmosphere. Busy though - lots of little girls and their doting parents!

Loved the girl who pierced my ears. The white girl and white woman behind the counter were rude and the older white woman stared at me and reminded me that I had to pay for the earrings I was holding too many times.
