Excellent customer service from the time i walked through the door. Staff person was knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about her profession. Choice of frames was quite extensive for small store. If you are looking for something different. This is the place.

You must work with Kai. She is one of the very rare people that is both passionate about her profession and very knowledgeable, with enough depth and breath of knowledge and experience to help you select and purchase the right frame and lens. Service that is beyond any expectation and a wonderful person that loves what she does.
I gave up on Cohen's after two appointments that they booked but failed to have the optometrist show up for. I had booked an eye appointment and it had snowed the previous night. I was able to make it in just fine,but when I got there I was told the doctor cancelled due to weather and, "Didn't they call you?" No, they hadn't until almost the time of the appointment by which time I was en route and the message was on my home line. But, OK, it was frustrating, but perhaps a one-off bad experience attributable to weather. While there, I made another appointment. The store rep carefully went over when the doctor was and wasn't there, and we set the appointment for about a week later. A week later I showed up and the store rep (someone different), blankly told me the appointment hadn't been booked and the doctor wasn't there; would I like t reschedule? I had now lost about two hours of commuting on the two pointless trips. I said if the store wanted to make some accommodation for my trouble, I'd consider it, but otherwise I would be going somewhere else. The store rep said she'd tell the manager. I never heard from them and went to Lens Crafters which got me new glasses in three business days.
Kai is amazing! She knows what fits and looks best on any face shape or size. I would recommend anyone to her!!!
Kai and Renae are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about eye wear. Whenever I am in town, I try to make it to them for great customer service, and experience.

When we went to the mall to get my 13 year old son glasses, I couldn't remember which store had the woman I read all the great reviews about. I figured it out pretty quickly once I was in Cohens. Kia was awesome, the reviews were right. My son can be shy around new people, she broke through that pretty quickly. She was a huge help, and give me some tips. The reason for the four stars instead of five, not sure how great the prices were, I haven't shopped for glasses in a very long time. We started at Lens Crafters, bought at Cohens.
Great experience at first but during my second return, this place is terrible.
