I went here several times for the print and go self services. The machine got stuck a few times, and so far during my visits recently, only the Word files can be printed successfully, but not the pdf files. I was told by the people working here that there are certain files that can not be opened for printing with the self service, and have to be sent to their email to have them printed for you. I have sent the files to them for printing for two times. Both times the lady who did the printing chose the paper that costs higher fee without asking me first. I didn’t print a lot of pages so the fee wasn’t that high, but I felt uncomfortable being charged with a higher fee and I didn’t request it. So be careful if you are coming for printing, make sure you have the file in both Word and PDF so that if one type of file doesn’t work with the self service, another might work. If you still need the printing assistance from the counter, make sure to address clearly in the email what type of paper you would like, otherwise they might print it with a higher fee paper without notifying.

Brought a ground pkg in at 7pm. Ground truck was loading up. I asked if it could go on that truck. The customer service person said no. I asked why? It's too late. I said the truck is still here. She said no, it's too late almost happy to say no the second time. In 30 years at FedEx I never said no to a customer. I would do what it took to satisfy the customer. Things have changed.
