Worst experience I have ever had. The customer service here is incredibly at an all time low. I’ve come here in the past and have experienced rude employees, especially from the manager. However this time has got to be the worst yet. Completely impatient and, to my surprise, sarcastic and passive aggressive. Incredibly disappointed and will SURE not be here again.

It was okay! I was greeted by a kind gentleman who was processing and supporting the sales floor, he seemed pleasant and very aware of today's promos. I was a little disappointed with the product selection especially the toddler's girl section but still managed to leave with a huge purchase. Girl at the cashwarp no interaction at all and lacked enthusiasm.

This store's customer service is absolute GARBAGE! I waited in an OBVIOUS line for nearly 10 minutes, only to finally have a cashier start to ring on another register but took a woman who happened to just jump in line ahead of me. When she said, may I help who's next, the woman took it upon herself to walk right in line. I know the cashier had seen me but proceeded to help the rude lady. Once I objected, the cashier asked the woman if she'd mind if she helped me and of course, the woman did mind. With that, the cashier tells me that "the line is here" (pointing to in front of her). When I asked if there were signs, there were none, I even checked. So I asked to speak to the manager, who apologized, but if was a half hearted apology. I explained that if there was a sign, I'd have apologized but with no sign and an obvious line that your associate chose to ignore, I felt that she plainly ignore me and the people behind me. The rude cashier didn't even bother to apologize and I kind of feel as if it were a form of discrimination (which I hate to admit). Welp, I won't be shopping at this GAP anymore and will be sending this same feedback to corporate!
