Nicole L’Esperance was extremely helpful with assisting me with me with picking a Valentine’s Day gift for my girlfriend. They also had a much better selection of high quality jewelry than the other stores in the area. Definitely a good spot for more expensive/larger diamond pieces. Highly recommend!

Melissa was extremely helpful when I picked out my soon to be fiancé’s engagement ring. She kept me up to date while I waited for it to be put together. She was not pushy, and she let me look at a ton of options until I was sure I found The One. Ask for Melissa when you come here!

Thank you Nicole for going above and beyond to size my ring the morning of my wedding this past Saturday!!!! You went above and beyond yet again today after I gave you an upsetting phone call last night about my ring still being too small at my wedding and I couldn’t get it off. I was in so much pain that I made someone force it off my finger and then the swelling continued to where I was in so much discomfort. Not how I wanted to spend my wedding day to say the least . Nicole calmed me down and promised to come out to my work today to get to the bottom as to why the ring wasn’t fitting properly. She took it and came back n hour later. My ring fits !!!! Came in and had my Mavado watch battery changed by store manger Nicole L'Espernace. After I went home I realized the watches arm stopped working when she replaced the battery! Come to find she replaced my watch with a dead battery... I know this because I had the battery tested. Went back to the store she was upset from the second I walked in, screamed at me and had her hands in my face claiming she did not break the watch and she refused to have their repairmen even look at it. Quick to blame everything and everyone else. She was extremely unprofessional and I honestly don't know how she is even a manager. No one should be treated like this especially around the holidays. I bought this watch as a gift and mind you it's a very expensive watch! I only trust one place to change my battery and unfortunately that place was closed during that time so I figured nice jewelry store they should know what they are doing. WRONG!!! I see why this place has 3 star reviews on yelp... I wish I knew this before I decided to trust them and have them break a thousand dollar watch! The thing that really bothered me was how extremely calm and nice to her I was and yet she still continued to scream at me. I wish I could request for their video footage to show you how disrespectful she was. Never ever go there especially if you see her! Horrible. January update: The owner of the store reached out to me and he was extremely helpful. Very apologetic on the managers behave... I really did appreciate him reaching out to me directly and making things right for us. He introduced me to his store manager over at the Brockton location and she was very nice also. If I ever need any services done I would trust to go to that location. He was able to get the watch to work again. Thank you!!
