I've only been with this company a short time. But this year I ran into some big problems. Calls to the company were returned the next day. And the technicians they sent to make repairs were very knowledgeable and no matter how frustrated they became their personalities never changed. Always pleasant. I would and have recommended them to other people

Called in the beginning of April to have my pool opened ASAP. To be told, ‘great, we will fit you in the calendar and call you next week to confirm time’. Never received a call so called two weeks after the original time asking when the appt was. Was told I would be called back. Never received a phone call back. Called back a couple days after that only to be told there is no way they can get out to open up the pool until June. If you can’t handle the business. Tell the prospective customer up front. And return a call so the customer is left scrambling during busy season...

Very disappointed by their service ! Inferior sales and don’t back up their warranty and sell products at 700 percent mark up. It’s one thing I’d say If service is worth the price ! But that’s terrible ! No phone call returns when they say they will. Truely disappointing.

Their sales rep, Keith Miner, blew off a verbal and email confirmed appointment without apologizing, the office person seemed unfazed by it, too. Attempts by email to re-schedule have gone unanswered. Interesting, because they knew the job would have run about five thousand dollars since we needed to replace our heat pump pool heater and a few other items. I wonder how they treat people with smaller jobs?
