This was an amazing experience and that is all due to Jeremy Rinn, the employee who helped me. This guy deserves a promotion or move to corporate. The instant I walked into the store he provided me answers to questions I had. He recognized my situation and went above and beyond to provide me assistance. Jeremy took measurements and found me a suit with a design and material that I immediately fell in love with. I ended up walking out with two suits and two custom fit shirts. He even had my suits tailored even though it was almost 5pm. I hope all stores from this company treat me as well as he did. I would drive out of my way just to have the service that he provided to me again. I moved here in August from Florida and I’ve never received as good of customer service as I did here.

Really good place to get custom suits. Got one made for my wedding and the manger has been amazing from start to finish. Great customer service and really good price for the quality of suits. If your looking for a great place to get tailored suits, this is the place.

I needed a suit like yesterday. All my suits didn't fit because of weight loss, a good thing. I was waiting to lose more weight before buying another suit. But something came up and I needed one pronto. So on a Saturday 3 days before my needed date I set off for Jos. A. Bank. I arrived 20 minutes early and was prepared to wait in the car but Erica, the assistant manager, saw me and can you believe this, let me in early. I saw her doing paper work which I obviously interrupted . No problem. When I said I needed the suit asap, no problem. What about tailoring, no problem. So here we have someone that , is very pleasant, very accommodating and just plain nice ,smiling all the time! So Louis the tailor comes out with Erica directing me and starts to do the alteration measurements. The jacket was fine but the pants needed to be altered. Geez, I said I need it soon. No problem can you wait? WHAT! Can I wait, YES! are you serious. So one suit, two dress shirts...oh I almost forgot. I down loaded a coupon from the internet to my phone and it was a hundred off. But I didn't qualify so I begin to put my phone away and Erica tells me there is another qualifying coupon and shows me on my phone. This coupon was on top of the suit being the suit for the day. To continue, one suit, 2 dress suits later I'm on my way out. Arrived at 9:40 AM , they let me in before opening! and I'm out the door by 10:15 AM. Superlative employees giving great service with a more than pleasant and extremely professional attitude. I could see that Erica's coffee was untouched the whole time I was there. I felt badly so I said I hope I'm not insulting you but may I leave this 10 for a cup of coffee for you and Louis, which I did over her protests of "I didn't have to do that." Thank you Erica and Louis. Great stuff!

Made an appointment (for my wedding, no less) well in advance for today at 11am, showed up and had to wait 15 mins before someone saw us. We were then told that the system apparently does not notify them when someone makes an appointment, and he was the only one there, so he was unable to help us until his counterpart showed up at 12. He said that another couple had the same issue, so even though they were aware of this issue well before we came, they didn't make any attempt to rectify the problem. He offered a half-hearted apology and walked away to help someone else - didn't even offer to show us a few samples or anything like that. I know it wasn't necessarily his fault, but he didn't handle it with a professional attitude that you'd expect from a place like this when you're spending thousands of dollars. Went down the street to Mens Wearhouse and it was like night and day. They had 8 people on staff, were incredibly helpful (even though we didn't have an appointment), and we were in and out in \u003c 30 mins. I'm sure there are other Jos. A Bank locations that do it right and I guess we caught them on an off day, but the guy was incredibly unhelpful so I'd avoid this location like the plague. If management is reading this, please make sure this is addressed and that the employee is spoken to, so others do not suffer the same fate. The level of service we received was something you'd expect at Walmart, not a "high end" men's clothing store. Pretty awful for a first time experience, I probably won't ever be returning.

Jos. Bank Sognature Gold suits are the best suit you can buy in the country for the dollar spent. The management / leasership in the Braintree store needs a LOT of work!
