Macys was nice and clean and very, very busy. I went on day before Valentines. They had the best sales and the sales people were still very nice despite being very busy. I bought over 600. Worth of stuff including 2 coats for 149. Can't beat that!

I knew what I needed and I was determined to get in and out after my 12 hr work shift. The 2 ladies that helped me were exceptional. They were accommodating, courteous & super friendly.... The store looked AMAZING, given the fact that they recently reopened with a half the staff. Macy's has always been my place to get all my exclusives & they did NOT fail me after weeks of being locked down. **Shout-Out to the ladies that helped me with ALL my wants**. They didn't judge me by my appearance (Again, I was in my work uniform & worked 12hrs, NOT cute) they were absolutely awesome & professional. Thank you both!!!! I love Macy's
The one place that a lot of people did not know about. Awesome stores, plenty of parking, all kinds of nice things to find.
It was a great experience today I met my namesake who assisted me in returning another customer package that was mailed to my home and I brought package back and upon returning it Kim gave me a credit that I placed on my card and asked if she could assist me with my item I hadn't received. I told her I wait and was pleased with the great customer service in which she and the young man before her and I believe a manager who came to help me with getting the boots to customer who placed the order. Definitely would go again great customer service and I wished her and other associates happy Kwanzaa. Definitely will continue to do business with Macy's.

Great deals and quality products. You could possibly find some of the clothes at another store for a steal though.
