My wife and I met Bill Merrigan many years ago when we were creating a Will and HC Proxy, we were not only impressed with how easy it was to work with Bill regarding our wishes, but also how he actually helped us to understand all the legalese. We were so pleased that we then introduced our elderly Aunt to Bill for him to provide the same services. Little did we realize at the time that Bill would become even more important to our entire family when that Aunt passed away. Unfortunately, as happens in many families, arguments and hard feelings ensued among the executors and other siblings. Luckily, Bill kept everyone on an even keel and we made it through the crazy ordeal . At that point , we decided to have Bill guide us through our income taxes, especially as now we had not only dealt with our Aunts' will, but also had profited from selling her house and her vehicle. The legalese was incredible, needless to say, thankfully with Bill -we were able to follow and understand all of his explanations. We have happily continued our \income tax relationship\ for several years now . Recently , my wife retired and we were unsure as to how to manage her 403B plan , pension plan and our annuities. Bill had introduced us to his brother, David ,about six months prior \during our tax appt.\ letting us know that if we would like to discuss our financial retirement plan that David may be able to help us. Well, we made an appointment with David and we couldn't be more relieved, our meeting went extremely well . We now have a \ retirement financial plan\ in place as we have joined with the Commonwealth Financial Network . We are very grateful to Bill and David Merrigan for all that they have done for us and we hope to continue with them for many years to come .
