Kyle helped me with a phone and service.. he was waiting on another person prior and in between helping me with best phone plan and I believe I got the perfect one.. he was so patient personable and professional. I am confident I chose the right metro to do service with. I would recommend this store to anyone I know looking for a new phone and service. ️️️️️️️️️️ If I could rate 10 I would.

Without my knowledge signed me up for Amazon prime, which is fine its included in my plan, however they deleted all evidence from my phone and also did not tell me my log in or password! So now I can not use the services or create an account. Also they did not sit down with me and explain my phone or how to access certian apps on it.

I spoke with the manager today, Kyle. He helped me solve a long standing problem, over the phone, that other people had assured me I needed to attend to in person. He was extremely helpful, professional, fun to talk to. I have not visited the location, but definitely will when I need to.

I went in on Tuesday and got a "Brand New" LG K30. The manager Kyle was great. The phone was horrible. I had it for less than 48 hours and the screen went haywire, followed by the phone not working at all. I brought my phone in today to see if they'd remedy the issue. The ladies who were "working" had the gate closed until almost 2 in the afternoon, sitting at the counter gossiping, only opening the gate to go get more food. I finally got in the store and explained my situation, was yelled at and told that I broke the phone and just wanted a new one for free, and was told that it wouldn't be happening today and if I had an issue with it, I could call corporate. Kyle is awesome. His employees are trash. Tevin C. Jones

I strongly strongly advise you to use the Quincy MetroPCS location. This place charged me quite a pretty penny when I got a new phone after losing my old one, including a “mandatory” data transfer fee (note, no old phone to transfer data from!). I learned later that it would have been free if I’d phoned them up instead. They also set up my phone wrong, twice - no image or video texting. The stuff they did to “fix” that just made the phone slower. The Quincy location fixed it for free. So please, be careful. There’s even a new MetroPCS branch near the USPS office, I haven’t used them but they can’t be worse.

I went to this metro pcs hoping to find the Samsung galaxy 8, according to the girl they were out of most phones. I explained to her this phone was for my who was deaf and she needed because of the flash notification. We asked her to call other metros in the area to see if they had that phone. The girl working with us said she called all stores and they were all out because of Christmas. My mother opted for the free phone but because of her disability she really needed that flash notification. Last night my mother had a very tough time communicating with her J3 so Today we woke up and because we were told no metros had the Samsung galaxy 8 we went to Best Buy to buy a unlocked Samsung galaxy 8. The phone cost almost 800 and if we wanted to return it we had to pay 35. We now had to go to a metro store to activate it and that cost another 25 and they ended up having the phone she wanted for 150 cheaper. Extremely frustrating and misleading lady working at this store. Will not recommended to anyone take the 3 extra minutes and drive down to pearl street
