Do not use the online order feature they never even start making the order until you ask where it is then they pull the ticket and make the order. No one acknowledges you at the pick up until you have to say something. Takes at least 15 min every time I come here to get my food as I only have a 30 min break this is crazy. The food is good but the service is trash.

I don't know who the franchise owner of this is but this is not I repeat not the Popeyes chicken that I know in love. After waiting in my car in line for over 25 minutes the service was horrible, they dropped my change on the ground because they weren't paying attention to the customer. And to top it all off they never give me my senior discount !!

Carlos, whoever the chubby short manager is at this location, discriminated against my husband today. He kept calling him "ma'am", told him that he wants to help other people before him, and laughed every time he addressed my husband by the wrong gender. Thankfully my husband is smart enough to call corporate - but we will be following up to see what happens to this man because that's not okay, that's not acceptable and we will not tolerate abusive behavior.
Food isn't bad here, but the lines are always too long and move slowly. Order has been messed up on multiple occasions, ranging from getting the wrong drink to getting bone-in chicken when I ordered chicken fingers. Staff is somewhat impersonal, too, but I can't blame them with what they have to deal with on a daily basis. I would still come back but only for the convienence factor and the low price.
This is the worst Popeyes ever. I called to see if they have any Cajun Turkey the lady said yes told her I'm on my way.When i arrive she said i have to wait 20 minutes to go get it.
This place always miss items or give the wrong food when I order on their app. This time they did not include the chicken sandwich, last time they gave me the wrong chicken!
Extremly poor service, the personal taking orders at cashier's are useless and don't provide waiting time info. Sandwiches are not fresh but premade who knows how many minutes before ordering and whennyou add that to waiting time and if your like me that orders take out by the time you reach your house the Sandwiches are soggy cold. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy
