Santina was professional, responsive, and did exactly what she laid out in her plan. The house looked beautiful after her staging. We had many comments from buyers at our open houses that the staging was amazing. We received a full price offer 45 days after listing, and we sold it without a Realtor!

The furniture, decor , and accessories were not only stylish and well placed, but perfectly to scale and really showed buyers how they could make the most of every room. Coupled with being certain the property was not priced too high, having this level of staging made the photos come out amazing, drawing lots of action to open houses... 10 offers, 55K over asking, all cash, and a quick close. Numerous factors at play to make all of this happen, but the staging was most certainly a critical one.
