Best Verizon store ever! Excellent customer service by Myles. I couldn’t believe how fast and efficiently everything was done. Will definitely be back for cases etc until I get a new phone. Very impressed!

Went in to pick up a phone (1000-already paid for). They added Verizon insurance without asking, luckily I got the confirm text - so they backed that out. My son got talked into accessories and all of a sudden they want another 200! Turns out they “mistakenly “ over charged one of the accessories - when I questioned the total - by more than 100 . If you do business here, definitely pay attention. Seemingly nice people, but not a great experience.

My boyfriend and I went into this Verizon store after numerous unsuccessful attempts to get the iPhone 12 pro. Myles was accommodating, and patient and very informative! He was efficient and you can tell he genuinely cares about his job, the customers and the people he helps! Customer service is a difficult job but he made our whole experience at Verizon a great one and I would recommend him to anyone! Any trip to a phone store can seem daunting and then trying to understand costs, taxes and fees can often times be discouraging. Myles broke it down for us based on the plan we currently had, our trade in and what it would cost with our new phones, he made it easy to follow and understand. Thanks! I’m glad for such a positive experience!

My husband and I went to the Verizon store at 539 Granite Street in Braintree on December 20, 2020. We were helped by both employees named Henry and Myles. Henry made our phone transaction effortless with no issues. Henry and Myles were very efficient, polite and well dressed.
