Went for a wash there today as I normally do. Staff damaged a speaker mounted to my car. Was told by the manager to get a replacement and bring the slip to be re reimbursed. The owner refuses to re reimburse. Go figure why I am getting irate with this oxygen thief that refuses to do what is honorable. Even if they check CCTV footage one can see that I brought this to their attention immediately.
