I was not so impressed with the quality of service I received at the washbays. The sales staff was good, though. They made me feel welcome, and handled my transaction with respect, and friendliness. But at the washbays, I was treated as if I know nothing about engines, and that they will wash my enjin, without the electrics getting wet. When the cleverheads were done, I was stuck, and had to call my mechanic to tow me away. When wee got home, the whole engine was still full of oil, underneath. I did ask them to go under the vehicle, in the pit, to wash from underneath, but they told me that it is no longer accessible, and permanently closed with a steel grid. I have seen better days in this facility. But my recent experience was not satisfactory, as I expected a higher level of service and compitence
Service excellent except that they don't serve milkshakes, machine broken for ages. They are serving milkshakes again, jippee!!
Car was washed, but not super clean. Suppose wash and go carries that risk. Just did not have an hour to wait for full service
