Great service from start to finish! A great price for the move.!! Staff arrived on time and efficiently packed up my furniture. At the destination they off-loaded effortlessly and quickly. The whole move went off without a hitch. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them for their brilliant service!

Please do not ever use this moving company! They were supposed to arrive at 09h00 and pitched at 12h30. No one ever available when you phone. Refused to give the driver's contact details so that we could contact him to enquire about his whereabouts. Waited for longer than 2 and a half hours for them to pitch at the new address. They started taking the furniture that was already unloaded back to the truck because of a mistake from their office about payment and refused to take the furniture out again until we finally got a hold of someone at the office to admit that it was their fault - and - finally they stole a diamond ring that my daughter inherited from my mother. When I phoned to complain, the woman threw the phone down in my ear and told me to feel free to send the police!!!
We made use of LD movers on Saturday 14 March. The truck was dirty on the inside and most of my stuff was full of brown dirt. The guys asked us for cold drinks and a tip. Once they left and I started unpacking I realized that they stole most of my jewellery. I phoned the cell number but no one answered. Monday I phoned the office and I was told that they will investigate and get back to me. Wednesday I phoned again to enquire as I have not received any feedback. I was told that they have not spoken to the guys yet. I got upset as they have not done anything from their side. The lady then asked what I want her to do about it. I have opened a case. They said that there will be supervision......so what happened???? Absolutely shocking service!!! I have lost thousands of rands worth of jewellery and they dont care.....not even an apology. I would not recommend anyone making use of their service unless you have eyes everywhere!!!!!
Excellent service. On time and very quick. Staff were excellent. I would recommend them any day.
