I was asking for assistance and one of the ladies giving out the files said " paitiance can sometimes mees or mix up your spirit. I did not know that when asking for help you are being an irritation to others people . Why do a job that you do not love. The staff has attitude towards paitiance. They don't speak to us like we are humans they see us as stupid people who are irritated. Just because they work in government. .

Outstanding staff from the cleaners to Admin to wardstaff to Doctors.. I had my reservations. Please if given the choice of a large Academic Hospital or Pholosong my Hospital. I would gladly take This smaller family and people hospital. Clean happy and very professional staff

Public hospitals are just not great. The queues are long. I wish that when you are there to get tested,they do each and every test they can in one day. Not to come in every 2 weeks to do tests.
