We waiting 1 week for verification of the line owner just because he doesn't have fingerprints because of Diabetes. Why is his Home Affairs issued ID not good enough the phone costs less than R500 and you have his billing details.

I am so disappointed that till today I haven't received any assistance with my claim for loss device. Worse how the stuff at Mall@carnival doesn't know the correct process for claims. I have been sent back and forth only to find that they sending my documents to incorrect department.

Worst store ever and the manager claims to be on a query for over 45min but im sure he was on a personal call and ignored yet the lady called him like 5 times couldn't even come and say anything poor management and pathetic service will never deal with telkom again unprofessional manager called ally

Absolutely service received from Thulani from the Mall @ Carnival Telkom store. Definitely would recommend this specific store for any enquiries or applications. Sibongile and Rushayda (not sure if I'm spelling it correctly) were very helpful and friendly. The manager as well, ensures that you leave the store satisfied, definite thumbs up to Telkom Mall @ Carnival store....
