We purchased chickens from this farm a year ago. They were aggressive to our existing flock and were in really poor condition, we can only assume due to lack of resources. It was unfortunate that we didn't check them more thoroughly but an inspection of the birds wasn't offered as it should have been. We were too polite to demand and have not had a problem at other establishments. We were in a difficult situation where we needed company for our existing chicken. All in all, it was more like a rescue than a purchase. Only mitigating circumstances are that the owner was laid up and her son was in charge at the time. Not all breeds were available as advertised on the website. Not recommended.
