It was my first scan at 12 weeks pregnant so I was very concerned about Covid-19 measures. When I called to make the appointment I was assured to hear that they take the measures very seriously. Upon arrival, my temperature was taken at the door and I filled out a quick questionnaire. Inside, the clinic was spotless and well maintained, hand sanitizer was readily available and the waiting room was set up to ensure social distancing. My parking was validated which was nice. The reception staff were dressed in PPE and were professional, friendly and made me feel at ease. My ultrasound technician was also very professional and made me feel safe and ensured I was comfortable. The scan was thorough and she explained the doctor will follow up with all the results. Would come back to this clinic for future work as I find other clinics in Brampton dirty and so disorganized and the staff are usually so rude and not at all helpful.

If you're an expecting mom and looking to get an ultrasound, please go elsewhere. I was asked to go with bladder full, and since it was high pressure i went in 40 minutes early hoping they'd be able to take us in. They didn't let my husband accompany to the exam room, he had to wait outside the clinic. The receptionist asked that i return after 40 minutes with full bladder and said \don't pee\.. luckily a nurse said the ultrasound is open and can take me on. Everything was okay until the ultrasound lady walked up. No smile, no getting just straight walk to the exam room where she started to perform the ultrasound. 2 minutes later she said my bladder is too full, need to empty a little. After 3 more tries and 3 times empty the bladder, she said she can't see anything and needs to do an insertion test. During the test she didn't tell me anything, no heat beat, no pictures, nothing. I asked if i can take a picture of the screen to show to my husband, she said o talk to your doctor\. In short, they need to hire technicians who are empathetic, explain things to first time parents, and have good customer service skills.

At the entrance of the department , they took a good care of preventing Covid which I appreciated. However when I went to inside to do my ultrasound this morning, the lady she did my ultrasound has poor professional approach and her manner was in low level. I hope they look in to fix it.

The technician and a woman named simran did a phenomenal job, THEY NEED A RAISE!! Great customer service skills!!!!

Had liver ultrasound, and knee x-ray same day. X-ray was a great experience. Ultrasound, not so much. During liver ultrasound, am made to inhale deeply and hold my breath several times. 3 times she didn't tell me I could release my held breath. Twice she asked me to inhale and hold my breath WHILE I WAS STILL HOLDING MY BREATH FROM THE LAST TIME. Never going there for ultrasound again.
