I came to this lab after having a horrible experience at Queen West XRay and I’m happy to say that this was such a better experience. My technician was Tara, she was so nice and comforting. She even let me FaceTime my partner so he could see the baby which was so special. The ladies are reception were welcoming and kind. The only thing that bothered me was all that a few women came in with their spouses and the spouses weren’t directed to wait outside to minimize the people in the waiting area.

Poor customer service. Technicians don't care about the privacy and the front desk won't care about courtesy.
I apologize for not remembering the name of the technician that did my ultrasound. She was very soft spoken, kind and very professional. She's the best of the best.
Everyone was super polite and everything happened on time.
The technicians for xray and ultrasound are amazing. So nice and courteous. Very efficient too. The secretaries are a little distracted with their own talk and sometimes don't acknowledge the patient waiting. But overall great experience
