I'm leaving a bad rating only because of how the owner has responded to the bad reviews here. You clearly can't take criticism and you're nowhere near to accepting your mistake. I agree that some bad reviews might be the candidate's fault but all? Also, all bad reviews have been answered in a condescending and demeaning tone turning the entire blame on the candidate... I don't care how the agency works, but the person responding here, be it the owner or whoever, needs severe learning on how to handle bad press and negative clientele. (Edit after your response) You've done nothing but prove me right in every sentence you just said. You didn't wait a second to criticize the complainant and didn't look at your actions once; and you pinned the entire fault instantly on the disgruntled person. In addition, you made no efforts to subdue the situation or to contact the unsatisfied person. You made instant acquisitions and backed off like that's the last of it. Forget subduing the situation, you made more snarky and condescending comments on my actions (which by the way, initially lead me to my current actions). Need I say anymore to prove my point further?

This is the best agency in Brampton. I am happy with the suggestions from the staff. they always guide you properly . Instructions for work were sent by email and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Good job Goldline.
