I went into the Brampton store to get some knowledge on the uniform for my daughter who will be starting Robert F Hall this coming September and the young lady Chanel was so helpful in explaining the different bundles to me! Very great warm experience that I thought would be so difficult! Awesome customer service quick FYI for all the parents nervous to shop! :)

That staff was very helpful and the place is super clean, organized and well stocked! We were in and out in less than 10 mins with pants and socks.

McCarthy's prices with Walmart quality!! We are required from school to buy uniforms from McCarthy's and looking at their pricing, we were expecting high quality. But, our hopes faded as quickly as the fabrics. This review is about the Uniform for a 4-6 year old. The pants started pilling withing 6 months even though we mostly tumble dry them. The Jersey is so weak on elbows that it started to wear out very quickly and one hand even ripped off. If you see the rip, it seems like it can only happen when someone has taken a really bad fall on a road or while playing soccer. That was my first question to my kid but then their elbow was completely ok so cannot imagine how that is possible. If it was not a school requirement, we were better off with buying twice a year from Walmart rather than wasting our money at McCarthy. No complaints on their service. Most of the staff are youngsters who do very well to appease the customers.
I went in to purchase uniform for my son and the service clerk, Brendan was amazing. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I was refreshing to see young people demonstrate great customer service.
