After looking at the crossover SUV segment for weeks, I walked into Policaro Acura interested in the all new and recently released 2019 RDX-A-spec in Pearl Blue. The car has been an instant hit and a hot seller. The dealership at the time did not carry the trim and color of my choice. They were able to arrange the car within 10 days in all its glory while loaded with additional accessories. It's safe to say that my first experience with a luxury brand went very nice. Service, sales and the follow-up to the purchase has been amazing. The staff on site is supportive and knowledgeable. Slow, unresponsive and they play games with pricing. I came in to test drive a car. They raised the price after I said I was interested in purchasing.
The service here is top notch should have done this years ago but i never realized until i bought cars elsewhere good job guys.
