Awesome customer service on purchase and after care. Not to mention them having the best quality gear you can find anywhere in the surrounding area. I had a hiccup with my bike and they tinkered with it and made it fit me perfectly free of charge.

Limited access to store due to covid restrictions but I was able to get a new Trek bicycle. Great service and knowledgeable staff.
Friendly and knowledgeable. Our treadmill was acting crazy and trying to use electrical shocks to get us into shape. Didn’t work so we called A&L for some help. The belt had recently been replaced. They knew that brand of belt caused static buildup problems. They replaced the belt with one they knew would fix the problem and it did!
Everyone at A&L is top notch. No one better in Brandon for knowledge on bikes and fitness equipment. Thanks for the great service everytime.
Unlike the competitor here in Brandon, management/ownership, know how to keep stock in anticipation of market & consumer needs. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable and the perfect salesman. It is rare to find the service and quality of products in stores these days. Keep up the good work A&l!
