During covid they had pool and hot tub open for one hotel room at a time to use. They also served breakfast with appropriate covid safety measures. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Pool is a bit small for older kids but for our two toddlers it was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean.

We've stayed here many times & will continue to do so. Classy, comfortable rooms & wonderful service & staff! Hotel is walking distance from many other fun places as well; mall, many restaurants, theatre, bowling alley, etc.
Was a great place to stop and relax for the night. We also have two dogs, which there pet friendly room was perfect. It main floor access with a walk out patio. Which is extremely convenient with dogs. It was sweet and quiet.
Do not let photos fool you, & hopefully mine can provide an accurate representation of this wallet robbing filthy establishment. Let me start off by sharing with you that we travelled across Canada twice this past summer. We stayed at several hotels, and this was by far the worst in Canada. I am reviewing late as I came across the receipt and was flabbergasted at paying 300 for the room for one night (two adults dog) Our room was easily accessible from the parking lot, and we received a little ground floor patio, perfect as we had our pup with us. That is until we walked through the grass which had not been taken care of, tons of mosquitos, and you're walking your pets (or kids) through who knows what! You will notice in the pictures the big bags of dog turds left for us. It was not only disgusting, but it put our dogs health at risk. So if you have pets, I recommend not letting them stay here. They'd probably pick up parvo, & the pet fee is a total sham when they aren't even capable of utilizing the money they steal for anything other than their pockets (you know instead of having staff actually clean the grounds) Next, the previous tenants had cups of cigarette butts in water sitting outside. It smelled. It was gross. Made me wonder how the sheets were washed. The room was so disappointing for the price. It smelled like smoke - obviously because air conditioning unit is right by where people would smoke. Just a very sad place that is outdated, dirty and overpriced. There was also trash in the outdoor ashtrays. Honestly, we stayed at Microtel, Comfort Inn, A couple family owned motels, B&B's, Super 8, Best Westerns, and this was the most expensive hotel with the most disappointment.
Our go to hotel to stay in Brandon. Very happy and a great alternative during the pandemic to Grand forks. Lots of great restaurants and.shops
When you enter the hotel it looks neat and clean but it is just a show off, they ask for 200 security for that furniture which is already damaged, uncomfortable beds and no positive vibes in the room, very bad experience never gonna stay again in this hotel. It was our worst decision to stay in this hotel.
Great hotel. We got 2 rooms for our big family. We were on the main floor and our room had a back door entrance facing the parking lot so that was very convenient. Rooms were clean, but smaller then a typical standard hotel room. Pool was open so kids had a little bit of fun there. They monitor the no. of people entering, there can only be max 8 people at a time. No buffet breakfast due to covid but they have an order slip and you get to choose what food you want, dine in or to go.
I had a mix up with the dates through the booking website I used and the staff was really helpful and did everything he could to switch the date for me so I could have a room for the night. Thank you!
