Just want to say that the service here is outstanding, I wish this store was in my home town. Ordered an item online, it was shipped promptly however was missing a piece (the item was in a plastic sealed box therefore no fault of the store). Spoke with a staff member and a replacement was sent out promptly, no questions asked. That's the kind of service that earns repeat business - thanks again!

Just to add to this 5 star review. I called the store in advance to ask questions and Chris was very informative on the phone. I dropped in later tonight and the shop was pretty busy. Chris did well to handle my questions, service my bass, and sell me a new turntable and bass amp.

I have been fairly far, and fairly wide across both North America and the world and I have been shopping in musical instrument stores for a long time. There are few that have the welcoming feel of Faders and none, I repeat NONE, that have a level of customer service that Chris and his team exude. Their guitars are hung so that you can easily look at them, not twelve feet in the air like the guitar superstores and, more than that, they are all tuned and ready to rock. The stock is constantly revolving and you can always find something new and exciting each time you go in there. The record section is easy to look through and the selection is eclectic, to say the least. The only downside is I don’t have enough money to buy all what I want. I seriously wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
