10 days after my order was shipped and the tracking was not updated I called customer service. Only had to wait about 30 min. The customer care agent told me it should only take 4 days for the shipment to make it's way to my location. I do understand the 1 - 3 day delay at this time. She said she would put in trace work order for it and I would be contacted in the next 24 hours. 23.5 hours later I received a call and the analyst said it should have passed through Winnipeg and she would call me back with more info. She also said she would put a rush on it. About 30 min later the tracker updated with it arriving in Winnipeg. Never got a call back. On Day 12 I contacted customer service again, only 25 min wait this time, and she said my parcel had arrived in Brandon and is sitting in the yard, it would be delivered on Saturday. It is Saturday (day 13) and no update on the tracker and as far as I can figure out the local Purolator is closed. I am not as upset about the delay as I am about being consistently lied to. I have had problems with Purolator in the past and would not use them. Just so happens the company I bought my item from uses them. Purolator does deliver on Saturdays
