Not the best customer service. Called to inquire about getting into a safe. Was made to feel like I was wasting his time by asking a few simple questions. He requested a picture, which I agreed to send. Asked a rough time frame as my moms ashes are in the safe which I was hoping to have before my wedding in May (my dad just passed away unexpectedly with no record of the combination, hence the last minute need for locksmith). Sent the picture as requested and never received a reply. Messaged another local company who answered promptly and were able to help me out!

We use them often for car key replacements for our business. Always get good service. The odd time I have had a problem with a key cut, I have had no problem with them correcting it.
Friendly service over the phone but didnt go bc, capitalized and neighbouring business was less price.
Called both numbers after hours. Needed to get into my apartment. Answering machines were both full. Phoned back, eventually got someone and had to schedule for next day. Phoned back next day and only got the full answering machines. Got frustrated (and a little desperate) and called another company.
Very good. Bought my trailer locks there a number of years ago still work perfect. Always have what I need service is quick staff are great.
Friendly and quick key cutting service at a great price! My old motorcycle keys were worn and bent but the duplicates he made work perfect.

Absolutely horrible experince dealing with them. Got them to install a camera surveillance system, and all they were worried about was when they were going to get paid!! It took them over 6 months from start to finish to install 4 cameras...AND THEY COULDNT EVEN DO THAT RIGHT!!!! Then it took them another 6 months to set it up... needless to say they never did accomplish that either... NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Can anyone recommend a good place to go to get my surveillance system set up properly? These guys are such a joke!!!!
