Was looking for a particular item, couldn't find it. Selection was low. Found a different item of interest, was not offered help to retrieve it being it was on the top rack. So I took matters into my own hands & retrieved it myself. I was then informed by an employee that customers were not allowed to use the hook to retrieve items due to current circumstances. Employee then walked away and offered no further assistance. Did end up buying the item, just not very impressed with customer service at this location. Seems like they'd rather discuss with eachother their personal experiences etc rather than helping customers.

Very rude and disrespectful employees!! I have placed an online order for snowboard boots to pick up in this shop. I picked up the package on Friday 27th November. When I arrived home, I discovered that the packaging was far from new (even though I didn't order a second-hand product) and big bad surprise : The left shoe is size 8. The right shoe is size 9. I went back to the shop to make an exchange but the person who received me offered to go and exchange the wrong shoe elsewhere in another Sport Check shop and then refused to take the package back so they wouldn't give me a refund. In the end, I made 2 trips to leave unsatisfied and with 2 shoes of different sizes. Now it's up to me to send the package back to central stock. The attitude and the consideration of my request in this shop was really deplorable, I would advise you not to go there for a service or a purchase.

This is the worst place to buy a bike. They do not carry pedals they have a short season where they even allow us to buy parts. They should just close this bad business down. Do not ever buy a bike from them.

Waste of time, asked about an item "pannier bag" guy say no we only have those, and points to a backpack, another employee asks what's he looking for? Other guy says motorcycle bags and laughs....like I wasn't even there, just walked away... Store has poor stock, guys waiting around to try on a shoe while staff just chats.... Awful management in this location. Do yourself a favor and order online.

Good experience here. They have a great selection of local teams such as the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, and Jets. They also have some great athletic brands to shop from. The staff here are also pretty friendly. Good time visiting this Sport Chek.
