Calling Home Depot in Brandon is a JOKE! No one, no one, answered their calls not even Customer Service. Very poor service. I ordered on line on March 1, on Mar 3 item was shipped. On Mar 8 it arrived in Winnipeg which is a two hour drive from Brandon. I WAIT AND I WAIT AND I WAIT. After 3 trips to our local store I am told to chat on line with a customer service rep. This is Mar 23 and I am told that the item was damaged in transit. Would anyone EVER have told me that I was NEVER going to receive my order? Don't think so. Seems not. I have now made my purchase from a Canadian owned company in Brandon, should have done this in the first place. Will never purchase from Home Depot on line again and may never purchase from their local store again either. Nothing but frustration from this experience.

I was in this morning to buy a dishwasher. There was a young lady working in appliances. She did try her best but wasn't very informed about the products. I had to ask about extra warranty. She was unable to find it on the system (which recently changed and you had to go through the back end to purchase it - not her fault) she radioed at least 10 people to come and help and I one came. While waiting I tried to look on the website to see if I could find a SKU number. Noticed I needed to purchase a powerjack for said dishwasher. Asked about that. Worker did look it up and sure enough I needed one.so the employee radioed someone else to know where it was. This is when Darryl came. he was extremely rude! He said he had no idea where it was and it would be like finding a needle in a haystack. He then turned around and left. My husband walked around and finally found it. Then someone finally came to help about the warranty. She tried her best as well but was unable to figure it out. (These 2 girls really tried there best.). I apologize I do not remember their names. Heather came over and she was very knowledgeable and helped the girls step by step. So not a terrible experience but Darryl was extremely rude and I will not interact with him ever again!

It’s a good Home Depot. They could give a better break on pricing. A lot of products are priced quite high however the fact that they stock a lot there makes up for it.

Called to speak to the flooring department (multiple times). Was told they would call me back with numbers which they never once did. Drove an hour to the store, stood there for about 45 min until I waved someone down. Was told they would have an installer call me that day to setup an appointment, 3 days later and I have heard nothing. Did you not want to sell 1000 sq feet of tile ??? I've taken my business to a mom and pop shop. Sometimes it's worth it to pay a little more.
