Emily the new store manager was amazing helping me choose my new phone ! She had all the answers for me and worked very hard at getting the process done as quickly as possible. I've been going to Wireless Wave here in Brandon for years now and will continue to be a loyal customer thanks to my experience with them .

Not sure if this review page covers all locations or just Brandon, MB, but this is specifically in relation to the Brandon, MB location in the Shopper's mall. The service is absolutely superb there, big props to the whole team, but special shout out to Emily who was helped me personally every time I was in. I came back after a few months and she still recognised me. I'm terrible at remembering faces, but that made me feel a little special. I actually went in because I was shopping to get a combined family plan for me and my siblings. I'm currently with Rogers, and when I went to the Rogers location in the mall, they just told me to go to Wireless Wave, which was weird, but okay. But now that I've gotten service from Wireless Wave, I'm never going anywhere else again. When I just got my new phone, Emily laid out all my plan options and the cost of all currently available phones on paper in front of me. You can't get that kind of service from the other retailers. Also, the in store credit is very generous. I end up walking out with a bunch of random electronic goodies at only the cost of tax.

Wireless wave now has a apple tech working with them, I needed a new battery for my iPhone, he tested out my system updated all my apps, was on my way quick as a bunny, thanks guys
