I agree with the other posters on here. This gym has gone downhill. There is never any staff there to answer questions, the bathrooms and gym area are dirty. I walked in one day and it smelled like a toilet hadn't been flushed in days. Some of the equipment doesn't work and is damaged. I checked my bank account and saw they charged me for a maintenance fee and was confused as to where these maintenance fees they charge periodically are going because the gym is not being maintained. I can't wait until the LA Fitness opens up. I refuse to pay 28 a month for a crappy gym with no amenities or group classes when I can drive an extra 10 min, pay 30 and get a new gym with so much more.

I am extremely disappointed with the club in Brandywine, MD. Tonight, I found out my key fob did not work and I was not able to enter the gym. I paid for my membership. I had to pay 10 to use another gym in Clinton to use their facility. Also, the wifi in this gym has not worked in over 2 weeks. No one is ever staffed there even during their posted staffing hours. I tried to call and leave a voicemail, but it was full. I had asked the owners in this gym to purchase a set of #12 dumbbells for over 2 years and my request was just ignored. When I first joined this gym, there were portable fans in there. Now they are all gone. During the summer months when the gym is not staffed (which was 90% of the time), the ceiling fans weren't even on. It was so hot in there. I had to bring my own fan. When I asked the owners of this gym to get some portable fans, I was told that someone stole the fans and they just ignored my request for fans or ventilation. During the weekends, they sometimes run out of toilet paper, paper towels, or hand soap. So I have had to bring my own. It's ridiculous. They charge an enhancement fee of 20 twice a year, but the condition of this gym/club has gotten worst. Some of the TV's on the cardio equipment never worked. One of the spin bike is permanently broke. Nothing has been upgraded, maintained, cleaned for as long as I remember. I think the owners of this club has given up on it. The worst part is that I paid for the membership but could not access it (and I had no one to call!!!!!).

I agree with the other reviews. Staff does not answer phones if anyone is there at all, my emails to the club since May 2015 have gone unanswered. Recently moved 60-miles away from the club and have not been able to reach someone to truly help me cancel my membership. I sent a certified letter after being instructed by the owner Thomas to do so when he answered the phone on a random occaision, but no one was there to receive that either. A trainer filling in there finally answered the phone after I called for two weeks, offered to go pick it up from the post office for me to start the cancellation process but it's on his time and seems more like a "favor" than customer service for the business. It's very obvious this is an absentee owner business! The gym is there when you need to work out but customer service is terrible! I emailed the club to report holes in bathroom walls, lights out and unsanitary, old yoga/floor mats as this is not encouraging for use after staffed hours esp for women. No response was ever received.

The staff never answers the phone or is never at the front desk even if someone wants to become a member how can you if no one answers the phone or is at the desk
