I called to ask if they sold plants to filter water. Unfortunately they do not sell those types of plants but Crystal who answered the phone took time out to help me. She literally googled the information I needed to find these aquatic plants. I thank you so much for taking time out, your customer service is a five star, if I could give you ten stars, thank you.

Ed’s sold our landscaper tall fescue sod that started failing immediately after installation, two days after purchase, despite proper watering. When the landscaper requested assistance in replacing the unhealthy sod, Ed’s refused to provide any, saying that sod is inherently perishable and not subject to warranty. Think about that. First of all, sod is supposed to last for years if it is properly installed and cared for. And even if it were considered a perishable item, can you imagine a grocery store taking no responsibility for selling spoiled milk?

Rarely today do people do all that they promise! I hired Ed’s plant world to do the design, layout and installation replacing most of my former landscaping. Their team came to my house, walked through the yard asked questions to determine that we had substantial deer population and chose plants that were deer resistant. So that I could visualize how they would look , they took photographs of the house and superimposed these plants in a design to show me how the landscaping would appear when installed. It took four days for their team to install all of the landscaping. Most of the employees have been with the company for more than 15 years and went out of their way to make certain that every bed met our expectations. When after the installation we had a minor problem with a soaker hose they came out immediately and readjusted the hose layout in the bed. John and Ed answered every question we had about a variety of plants and trees and made great recommendations. This was a major undertaking and they made it most enjoyable. I’m so glad that I chose to use Ed’s Plant World! I would recommend them highly to all of my friends!
