Tried to buy a used Jeep Gr Cherokee a while ago. Had decent inventory. Made a reasonable offer but these guys wouldn’t budge. They took the approach if you want to buy from us you will pay what we say you should pay. Went to Crowley in Bristol. Bought an even newer used Jeep with less miles, more features,and, at a lower price. It was worth the trip.
I had the best experience at Branhaven! I called Branhaven after another dealership had brought in the wrong car for me. Jennifer answered my call and found the correct jeep for me. She then took her time to make SURE that all of the specs were correct before I traveled 1.5 hours to the dealership. Within five minutes of talking with her on the phone she had emailed me the window sticker and made an appointment for me with Matt from sales. When I arrived at the dealership everyone was friendly. The dealership itself is very clean. Jennifer came over to me and let me know that she would be introducing me to Matt from sales. (I have to mention the snack bar because my mother and I definitely did a number on the pretzels and chips. They also had a mini-fridge filled with sodas.) Matt from sales worked with me to ensure that the process was smooth. He was incredibly professional and answered all of my questions. Not only did they beat the price of the other dealership (other dealership had claimed that the price they offered was so low that they were losing money by selling me the car) but they provided an amazing buying experience that was honest and transparent. I really appreciated that the owner personally came over to introduce himself. He was incredibly nice and clearly involved in the day to day operations of the business. My family is planning on buying a wrangler and we will be going here when we do!
