Great experience at Ford of Branford! Devon was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. Great deal on a Ford Fusion. Chris made the completion of the sale a very pleasant and quick. Buying a used Ford here was a pleasure. We took a test drive on a Friday, and by noon on Saturday we had a deal. Sales person Devon was very frank about the business and what they could do for us. I believe her and the manager were sincere, we gladly signed, and had a great Escape in my driveway by dinner on Monday. Not a single complaint to share... highly recommended!

I received exceptional service during my visit today from the moment the service bay opened to the time I was handed back my Explorer key. During this visit the Service writer advised me on the use my Ford Pass rewards which resulted in my service being free of charge as I had sufficient points. My Explorer was clean and the same way I gave it to the dealership when I arrived. Since I just bought my vehicle I've chosen Ford of Branford as my service center now that I know the exceptional service they provide.

Brought my Hyundai in for routine service, they had me in and out very quick for a reasonable price. No extra pressure that I'm used to at other dealerships. The facility is very nice/ clean, and they made sure go cover the wheel/shift knob/ floor mat. Nick was very professional/helpful and had me out in a very short period of time. Definitely going here for future service.
