Customer service wasnt great but what do you expect? The problem was they were out of fries during lunch time and the biscuit tasted and smelled funny like a bathroom. They probably dropped it on the floor or something. Sandwich was also not even warm.
this popeyes is lazy people! i ordered a small potato no gravy. they put gravy on it . mad she had to do another. then put it in a bag with rest of order . And the bottom of the bag almost tore out. I almost list tge food in the floor.No eatting utensils when i asked her she said its not in there. how can it be in the bag if you dont put it in the bag . Truck drivers are customers also and should be given as much respect as you do all your friends!!! when do you quit making food at 7:30 or 8:00. we were in at 9:00 and had hardly anything. And your employees are rude! Need better customer service.
My chicken sandwich was trash put together sloppy. Then I asked for a breast and a wing got down the road it's a drumstick. Chicken sandwich is usually fire what happened. I don't think you gave me a spicy chicken sandwich. Definitely coming back with complaints
