Niekompetentne panie pracujące tam. Od samego początku widać było że nie chcą pomóc. Jedyne tłumaczenie Pani obsługującej było takie że system jej na coś nie pozwala. Szkoda tylko że nieco dalej w tej samej placówce system już na to pozwalał ;) Brak sensownego wytłumaczenia tego, że danej rzeczy nie można zwrócić.
