Waited four hours on them to show up. Had to call to get an ETA after 3 hours. Finally got a call from the driver. Was told he was on the way, 45 minutes out. Was then told. due to the ball joint failure, that I “shouldn’t watch” when he pulls it on to the flat bed because it was going to be “violent”. I expressed my concerns for his verbiage and methodology and explained that I had used a 3 ton jack to raise the car off the ground and add supports so that this violence that he was speaking of shouldn’t be that violent. He was calling his boss. Get a call from the insurance road side assistant 2 hours later verifying that the service was completed. I confirmed that It had not been and I was still sitting in my car waiting. No showed, no called. Wouldn’t recommend this third rate business to anyone
