Took my car in to have oil changed and to have my coolant system looked at....they did a pressure test then told me my cars water pump was broke. The car was working fine before I took it there.it was not overheating or the thermostats or any engine light never came on. This was the second time using this firm for real estate. However, there was a mistake made in our deal that ended up seriously financially impacting us and the lawyer was not willing to take responsibility to make it right, even after it had been established that the mistake was made by the firm. Extremely disappointed and will not use this service again nor would I recommend Wendy Newton to anyone. Also, nearly 3 months after the fact, we still had not received the documentation for our house.
