Boston Pizza was fun, I had one of their new menu, it turned out awesome, the Lady that waited on us was amazing... so good to be out for a change.

Good food, good price. Came during st Patrick's day, and it was nice to be in the dining room and away from the bar. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Try their red pablano stuffed ravioli. It's good
Been here 3-4 times before and it's always good. I usually get the hungry carnivore but tried the Jambalaya Fettuccine this time. If you like cajin spices and shrimp this is the pasta for you.

I visited this establishment last Saturday and again today. Both days I ordered the same meal. The food was excellent both times & I would have given 4.5 star rating on Saturday yet today's experience with the staff is why they only get a 3 star rating. To explain I served 9 years in the USACE was shot 6x causing my one lung to collapse and never function properly ever again, that was 27 years ago. On Saturday I was allowed to enter without any hassle whatsoever, today I had to wait and answer a multitude of questions in order to be permitted to enter. The manager's excuse was priceless...." We can't have you wandering around the restaurant without a mask" to which I replied I am here to eat and drink not here to wander now that stated I was permitted to enter. Here's the part that sucks for them to find out afterwards...... My bill on Saturday was 40.91 my usual Trump 20.20 tip for a total of 61.11 My bill today was 24.21 20% for a total of 29.05 I find it absolutely shameful that I was treated this way which cost the restaurant 17 in less food ordered and the waitress 15 in extra tip PS I am a Boston pizza stockholder ( Boston pizza royalties income fund ) and will surely make this aware at the next stockholder's meeting
The pizza Royale Hawaiian was so yummy and the staff very friendly. I do recommend this place.
My partner and I often order from this BP for take out and would go in often for dining when we were able to. Today we ordered two of their specials posted for Valentine’s Day, 1 was a pizza, pasta and salad deal, one was wings with the cheese bread. Ordered was placed and the webpage said that it would be ready in 20 minutes, we arrived around 25-30 minutes after the order was placed and was told it would be a few more minutes. We ended up waiting 40 more minutes more for the food so in total, it was over an hour for them to prepare the food. When I expressed my concerns for the wait time there were no efforts to make it right. When we got home and opened up the food, one of the wing sauces were wrong, we were missing one of the flavours of dip we ordered and the pizza was flat and almost burnt. Although trying to call a few times to express my concerns, there was no one answering the phones. Very disappointed.
We called ahead to see if the location was busy yesterday and the server stated she can add us to the wait list as the wait was 45 minutes. In between then they called us and said it was ready 5 minutes later, so we told them we would be there in 40 minutes and the waitress said that's fine but she'll have to add us back to the wait list. Anyways this is besides the fact. When we arrived we were verbally attacked by the manager, scolded as we were children. The manager stated this is not how waitlist work etc. None of us argued or said anything. We were simply belittled infront of the entire restaurant, the manager "Jessica" really needs to work on her communication with customers, if they couldn't seat us thats fine but there's no reason to talk to customers like that. Communication and setting an example for staff to follow is vital for a business, management must address this issue of disrespect towards customers. I understand that perhaps the manager might have been having a bad day, but whatever the message the manager wanted to get across could have been said respectfully. Very disappointed being a regular customer at Boston Pizza. This event turned our night out into a nightmare, you are running a restaurant not enforcing the law, customer service is vital, a complete power trip by the manager Jessica. **UPDATE** The response by BP to contact their corporate means nothing as they don't even respond or acknowledge the incident. Waiting almost 1 month since the incident and no response.
