Clean and inviting clinic with lots of free parking and easy access. We were seen instantly with no wait. The exam was thorough and Dr. Mkondo was very attentive to my child. He called McMaster ahead before referring us so they knew to expect us, and his receptionist called us a few days later to see how my child was doing and to wish him well. 10/10 wouldn't hesitate to take my kids there again...HIGHLY recommend.

If I could give this clinic 100000000/5 I would in a heartbeat. I’ve had such bad luck with Paediatricians UNTIL I found this clinic!!! Everyone is so friendly. I love how Dr. Mkondo is interactive with my son during his visits. It creates a very safe and welcoming environment for my baby boy. He is very knowledgeable and is always happy to answer any questions I have. I’m so grateful I found this clinic for my son!

To put it simply, Dr. Mkondo saved my son's life. If it wasn't for Dr. Mkondo and his keen medical attention, my 21 month old son might still be suffering from a brain tumour. In the midst of a pandemic my son started exhibiting subtle symptoms that would come and go. Our family doctor dismissed these symptoms as nothing urgent. However, Dr. Mkondo seemed to know almost upon first glance that something was very wrong with my son's health. He immediately called MAC ER and spoke with the pediatrician on-call and asked them to see us ASAP. Within an hour of arriving to MAC the doctor's found the tumour on our son's brain and a plan was put into action. We are forever indebted to Dr. Mkondo for helping end the pain that our son was suffering from. We are happy to report that our son is tumour free and doing amazingly well! Needless to say, we recommend Dr. Mkondo 1000%!! Thank you forever and ever! ️
