I had to have all my paperwork filled out for school and receive some updated immunizations. It was completed over the course of a few months and I never had to wait long. Tatiana was professional and courteous always. I would advise coming in 10-15 minutes before the clinic opens to be the first one registered and in. Fantastic customer service !

Terrible service. Called 20 mins before coming in, they said it'd be a 45 minute wait, got there and they said they weren't taking any more patients; I arrived at 7:10 PM... I also stood waiting for 10 minutes before the receptionist showed up to tell me they weren't taking patients. I'm at home writing this review at 7:40 PM; I can't imagine how many people are currently being fooled by their operating hours. Have some professionalism, I won't be returning.
Staff was friendly, we were in and out in no time. Super clean and loved that o could pick up my prescription right away. Hey even went out of their way to make sure my insurance covered our meds.
The staff are kind and knowledgable, and its a comfortable waiting room. I was here for 5pm, there were 5 people infront of me. At 6pm I was moved into a room to see the doctor when I heard the receptionist say that they weren't taking anymore patients. There were 5 or 6 people after me so I can see why she couldn't let the person in by 6pm. At 7pm the doctor appeared and she was very kind and caring. Very knowledgable as well. Quickly got my prescription and bought it at their own pharmacy, which was barely any wait. This is the best walk in clinic, but be here before or at 5 to garantee being seen. The only thing is the wait, but any walk in clinic is the same that way. Poor doctors here must rarely sleep. Thank you for working over time to help people.
I went to the clinic were my family doctor is in Westbrant they were going to be closing soon and had too many patients so I was turned away. I wanted the charing cross clinic because they were open till 8 PM and I could be seen I was there in plenty of time I waited a half an hour before my number was called they asked who my family doctor was when I told them they said they were not allowed to see me I had to go to the hospital. They could clearly see I was very sick but didn’t matter clearly patients do not come first for these doctors anymore. I should have the right to see who I need to without waiting several hours at the hospital for a simple prescription unbelievable

This is a horrible walk-in clinic with a rude receptionist. They also need to change their posted hours. On all of their signs and their website it says they close at 8pm... today I arrived at 735pm, there were no patients in the waiting room. The receptionist said "Are you here for the walk-in clinic, because we stop seeing patients at 730pm".... If you do not see people past 730 then that means you are closed at 730!
Very bad experience. The nurse was the receptionist and nurs too . There was no doctor at all in the office , only nurse practitioner, which is even not a quarter of doctor and charge us for her services and make us wait for 3 hrs there was only 4 patients in the clinic. This clinic is wasted our time and money & gave bad advice to us .the nurse practitioner rude too . Worst experience ever !!!
