Outstanding service! They are a very professional, helpful, and courteous clinic. I recently brought my grandmother Grace here to get her hearing tested and fitted for hearing aids. Abby went out of her way to find government programs and incentives that we qualified for, which greatly reduced the cost we had to pay. I have been here a few times now and am always greeted with the same welcoming attitudes and smiles from all the staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Very friendly, respectful staff and take the time to listen and find the solution to a problem. The hours are excellent as well. I do wish there was a place to lock up a bike in the parking lot though

I made an appt to talk with them to just get any help I could with my tinnintis.I learnt that I had quite a surprizing amount of hearing loss.Rick was awesome explaining everything about my hearing loss and about hearing aids that can help with tinnitus. I have chronic tinnintis and I am just totally amazed at the help and relief that my hearing aids provide.The customer service from all the staff I dealt with are unreal.I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door.I have never been treated so well.I have been and will keep promoting Essential Hearing.I wish I had went to them last year and got a second opinion .I might not have not suffered so much this last year. I happily give Essential Hearing a thumbs and huge thank you.I highly recommend them.I had sadly resigned myself to a life of chronic screeching in both ears for the rest of life-I just need to convey to others suffering from tinnintis that you may be able to be helped like I was.I have spend hundreds of dollars on pills,programs, books hoping to silence this monster in my ears.I just needed to let others know the extend of joy I feel now.The tinnitus will always be with me but the tinnintis masker in my hearing aids has given me relief.They have given me a "joyful noise" that I can live with now.Thank you Essential Hearing Brantford.A big Thank you Abby for going out of your way in helping me with programs that help financially.Sinsere Thanks,Deborah Butt-Johnstone-Hewings
