Did curbside pick up in Brantford, we were the only ones waiting to pick up and it took 40 mins. When my husband went in to ask what the hold up was they were quite rude and told him we are working on it and we're busy. His reply was yes and so am I. 40 mins was ridulous.

Poor customer service. Poor organization. I couldn't use my gift card online, was forced to drive to the store. Wasnt honored the online price and had to pay extra in store. You pay a premium price for bad service and a bad product. I completed a survey, got a call from the store manager, he showed empathy, was a great person but it does not change what happened. Opened the box at home and product was damaged. Too heavy and frustrated to return. Stay away. Go support your local hardware store, Home depot or shop on amazon.
Curbside pu was good, I thought HD was much better for curbside though. HD app was great for p'u and MUCH speedier.
Poor customer service and price matching. I spent hours on the phone with their management. Firstly, their price matching team is not knowledgeable in building supplies. They did not know that a 2x4 isn't actually 2\ x 4\. After agreeing on the actual dimension, we began to discuss that the product to price match was indeed an identical product (same dimensions, same grade, etc.) but the Rona manufacturer number and Lowes manufacturer number didn't match. No price match, even if the product is identical (its a piece of wood people!) but has a different manufacturer. In addition to this, the manager spoke degrading words and attempted to mix up my request with unrelated product matches. Watch out.
Bought a paint sprayer opened up was used had to drive half hr back they did give me 10% discount on higher model but at first didnt believe me that I didn't use it in the 60 minutes from purchase to return.
