I am also so appreciative of the level of service every interaction. If i need anything, changes, questions or problems I can quickly e-mail or call Caitlin and she is able to answer my questions right away and James is fantastic with my investment needs. Nathan Ackland Desjardins Insurance Agency and in particular our Account Manager, Ashley Spriet has been a joy to work with. We have been with this company for 3.5 years and have taken insurance policies on two vehicles, two residences plus contents and liability coverage as well as a boat and trailer. They have always responded to our requirements in a efficient and professional manner. Not living in the same city as their office is located has never been an issue. A phone call to Ashley or other members of their staff is all it takes to make sure we are covered. We have always felt a close relationship with their staff knowing that our insurance needs and questions will be managed quickly and correctly. We have a very high regard for them as a company and as individuals.

Insurance, I never liked it...but unfortunately in some cases we have to have by law. In those cases I want to deal with one who would take care of my needs, who would make it peace of mind and a pleasant experience. Over the years, I have tried a few others but in the end I have all must have insurance served by this office. I thought I should let you know that.

Nathan was super easy to do with! Very accommodating and knowledgeable! Initially priced out insurance on my travel trailer, blew all other quotes out of the water! Then asked for a quote on auto insurance, he came back with a much better premium than I have been paying with my original insurance company that I have been with for years!! Highly recommend!!
