Chad Murphy was my salesman. This is the second time that I have gone to Chad. My wife has also gone to Chad now twice. He is very professional and definitely not pushy. He answers all your questions straight to the point and not telling you what you want to hear but the truth. If and when I need to buy a new vehicle I will definitely go back to Chad. I have owned just about every kind of car. All brand new. I just purchased a 2016 Lincoln from Molly at Northway “during the pandemic!” Molly was professional, responded to all my emails and texts promptly and got the deal done. Kudos to Mike and Kim as well for making the process smooth. Molly kept apologizing because she thought it took too long to close the transaction...meanwhile I thought it was quick considering the extenuating COVID circumstances. The vehicle was pristine; I ran my own scan on it and it was all clear. Molly made sure I was given the inspection report and her Mike and Kim made sure the registration and plates were all ready. Molly was great to work with when purchasing my vehicle. The car I originally was looking at sold and I eventually came to see a different car. I didn’t purchase it that day as it wasn’t what I was looking for at that time. Molly and I ended up working everything out over text and I only had to come back to pick up my new (to me) car!
