02/06/21 EDIT: Hailey a manager in training reached out in reference to my complaint. I am extremely pleased at how this store deals with customer service. We reordered tonight and I must say they absolutely redeemed themselves. I would like to thank the employees and Hailey specifically for looking to resolve this issue. We look forward to doing business in the future. Original: Ive ordered twice recently and have been disappointed both times. Each time we got the triple threat box. First time strangely the website said my order would be arriving in 15 minutes. Knowing that was incorrect, I tried calling the store after and hour had passed. No answer. 1 hour and 45 minutes later my order arrives. Don’t get me wrong it was delicious but not worth the wait. So I decide we’ll try again last night because they truly have good food. The online timing seemed better last night. I ordered at 6:18 should come for 7:34. Okay so I wait. And I wait. Almost two hours it took. Again no answer at the store. Finally it arrives and the delivery driver who was very nice says they have one oven and they’re really busy. I shrug it off and I bring the food in. Call the family over to eat and open the first box. Pizza is all smashed up in the box. Now I’m getting irritated. Open the wings. Hardly any sauce. I can’t be bothered to order again I don’t think there’s any redemption from this unfortunately.

Horrible Horrible! Customer Service is TERRIBLE!!! My Delivery was over 2 hours late - and when I tried calling the store NO ANSWER after attempting for half hour. Contacted SKIP the dishes AND Pizza Hut call center. Neither of them could get a hold of the store. So Finally 2.5 hours after placing the order and no one being able to get a hold of the store I decide to drive to get other food cause everyone was STARVING at this point. Defeating the entire purpose of paying for delivery and wasting a lot of my time. And wouldn't you know when I am half way there I get a call from my husband the pizza was delivered. NO apology was given by the driver AND they failed for following delivery directions to not knock on the door. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! EVEN THROUGH SKIP THE DISHES! They do their own delivery so the time frame has no guarantee. And I am totally reasonable person and you clearly got too busy with orders hence the delay BUT at minimum you need to answer the phone when people call to enquire! You can be delayed but there is NEVER an excuse for not communicating with customers - that's just good customer service.
Huge redemption from the other night where my order went from taking 25 minutes to 2.5 hours. Understandably they were busy, but the wait time should be told before placing the order. Anywhoo- my boneless bites always come with very little sauce, however tonight they were covered. Everything was good.
I like this place! They offer first-cleass meals, their menu is large, The chief cook in that spot is very trained, I enjoy a lot tasting all their dishes. The food is consistently fresh, the attitude towards the guests is friendly. I often go to this restaurant and I was never disappointed. I recommend it with no hesitation.
