We did a BACKYARD MOVIE NIGHT RENTAL recently and the experience was great! Pynx has a contactless rental pick up system that exceeded my expectations, we showed up, the equipment was ready to go at a loading bay for us to pick up and we didn't have to go inside of a building or anything. Dropping the rental equipment off the next day was just as easy, thanks for helping us put our outdoor movie night together, our whole family had a lot of fun!
I rented a projector, microphone and speakers from Pynx for an important presentation at work and was very glad that I did. They were very professional and I appreciated having a tech on site to ensure everything was set up correctly and that the event went off without a hitch. I appreciated the prompt replies to my inquiries and emails. Excellent customer service! I would use their services again and highly recommend them.
We did the DIY movie night package so we could have a socially distanced birthday party. The package was easy and fun. I had a question with one part of hook up and Mike was immediately responsive and walked me through it. This is a great way to get together while following socially distancing rules.
