I ordered curbside and went in the store since they were open now. The lady at the desk was rather rude when I said I came in to save the runner the trip. Sorry for trying to help. :/ person who brought out my parcel was great. :)

Came to pick up an online order. It's been a few days since I ordered it and I got a message from home Depot saying I had to pick it up today. It's nothing I even need for the weekend. After watching car after car go before me even though they came after me I finally called the manager who answered after about 25 rings. He basically told me that they forgot about my order and sorry for the two hour wait. Thank you Matthew manager on duty I'm glad missing family dinner and 2 hours of my time is the equivalent of a sorry to you I can assure you Amazon gets my next order, I hate doing that but until you guys can get curbside pickup right I'm done with Brantford home Depot.

Pretty good Home Depot. The store is organized, covid guidelines are being followed, Their curbside pick up is very hectic though and takes forever. They need to work on the system more to run it smoother for customer to have better service. The staff is nice and accommodating though.

This store has the WORST customer service I've experience in a long time, and the company itself is a joke. You can't use home depot gift cards online only in store.(Stores are shut down, update you effing website) Great except they're all locked down and we recieved a card for Christmas to finish flooring renovations we started. Online customer service said to pay out of pocket and email a payments team who will try refund you in 2 weeks and put it on your gift card but you can only do that for a delivery order no curbside. It's almost 200 dollars to ship it to me on top of the purchase of flooring. Called the Brantford store to see if I could place an order with an associate in store and give them my gift card over the phone or at pickup. I couldn't even get my sentence out before she snapped one of our tills or registers are open we aren't doing ANY financial transactions at all.\ OK fine, I told her I understand it isn't her fault but it leaves us in a heck of predicament with no flooring in our home to which I get \well it doesn't expire.\ OK great I still have no floors in my home and when I stated this she said \yeah well you and everybody else doing renovations.\ I get it is a pandemic however that doesn't give you the right to be nasty with customers. This is not the first incident of nasty aggressive customer service associates at this store. When it reopens I will use the card and be done with Home Depot. Pathetic excuse for a retailer.

Always my #1 home improvement supply store. I know many of the staff. I can get what I want and be out in a minimal amount of time. I want to tell all of you that the Tool Rental Department at Brantford Home Depot is awesome! Fantastic selection of almost anything you would need to work on your project. Rent 1/2 day, full day or by the week. It makes perfect sense to rent if you only will need something once.
